Tara Keech

Tara is the Personal Assistant to Chris Barlow and the Big Blue Ocean Group.

Over the last 18 years, Tara has held PA roles in a wide range of industries, including motor vehicle, hospitality, accounting and finance. Known for her loyalty, trustworthiness and hard work, she is dedicated to not only achieving her own highest potential but also to supporting those around her in reaching theirs. Tara is an exceptional multi-tasker, who cares deeply about animals, the ocean and the planet. Having started her career in hospitality, she quickly learned the value of adaptability, and honed her ability to juggle competing demands. With a thirst for adventure, Tara also spent three years living and working on Hamilton island. Tara has Certificate IV in Business.

With her effervescent personality and boundless energy, Tara brings a warm, welcoming presence to all she encounters. Committed to the health and longevity of every living being, she collaborates closely with the entire Big Blue Ocean team to ensure effective management of the organisation’s operations.
